COVID-19 INFORMATION: Due to COVID-19,mostly in-person services, however, telehealth services via phone and Zoom are still available for assessments and individual sessions. A few groups, including the DUII group, are available via Zoom.
INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for an intake appointment
FEES: Accepts OHP. Sliding scale fees available for uninsured individuals.
DOCUMENTS: Insurance information, if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fee.
