Services provided include, but are not limited to information and referral, case management, eligibility determination for Medicaid and SNAP (food stamps), Adult Protective Services, licensing of adult foster care homes, private and pre-admission nursing home assessments, Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA), Senior Peer Mentoring, respite care, options counseling, Oregon Money Management, and health and wellness programs.

TRAVEL/LOCATION INFORMATION: Going north on Highway 101, turn right on McCormick Loop Road. At the end of the road, take a left on Third Street. One-story tan building on the right side, across from the Forestry Department.

Going south on Highway 101, turn left at the stop light after the Tillamook Cheese Factory (Wilson River Loop Road). Turn right at the first stop sign; it will still be named Wilson River Loop Road after the turn. Go past the blinking red light at the Highway 6 intersection and continue up a hill. Turn left at the stop sign onto Third Street.
