SUPPORTED EDUCATION
Provides support to individuals experiencing serious or persistent mental illness in applying for, maintaining, and continuing education in the community. Education staff helps people identify educational strengths and preferences and network with community educators to develop opportunities for individuals served. Services are coordinated with an individual's other community supports. Some home visits are available.
