UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Provides financial assistance, when available, to low-income individuals and families in need of help paying utility bills.

The waitlist for LIHEAP opens November 1 and is sometimes closed by the following day. All other emergency assistance programs are utility company specific. Waitlists for those funds are started when the funds arrive.
