People who are fleeing domestic violence or trying to stay safe
from domestic violence and who

Live in Oregon
-Are a parent or relative caring for a minor child, or are pregnant
-Meet income limits for the ???Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program
- Are at risk of domestic violence,? either now or in the future, including violence done by family members, partners, or people who live in the same house
