Eligibility:
People who are fleeing domestic violence or trying to stay safe
from domestic violence and who
-Live in Oregon
-Are a parent or relative caring for a minor child, or are pregnant
-Are at risk of domestic violence, either now or in the future
-Meets the income criteria for the program (looks only at income on hand that is available to meet any emergency needs)
-Eligibility varies and is determined on a case-by-case basis
