It is a connection service and is not a good option for someone who needs respite care urgently. We have people on the list who have passed a background check and have attended a brief orientation to get them enrolled into our volunteer program. They do not go through any kind of licensing process.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:
People can call the office at anytime. Leave a voicemail If the
office is closed or the staff person who coordinates the respite
care is unavaiable.
FEES:
Negotiated between the resource (foster) family and the respite
provider.
