Confidential website where parents and primary caregivers can check a child's development by completing one of the Ages & Stages Questionnaires®. No personal identifying information is required to use the site. Child's results letter, completed questionnaire, learning activities, follow-up, parenting materials, and community resources are available via email or download from the online session. The site also provides list of contacts for Oregon Early Intervention Providers and a Developmental Screening Toolkit for providers who are supporting parents to screen a child's development.
