Provides cultural, athletic, fitness, dance, music, science, language, and community-based recreation opportunities in community centers, cultural centers, and swimming pools. Parent/child activity groups are available. Drop-in sports schedule and indoor park schedule on website.

Operates and maintains city parks, gardens, racquet centers, golf courses, natural areas, hiking trails, and the Portland International Raceway, as well as community centers.
