The Housing Authority of Douglas County (HADCO) owns a variety of affordable housing programs currently being managed by Douglas Multi-Family Property Management Corporation, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties, USDA Rural Development properties, and a Project Based Section 8 Elderly/Disabled property. These properties offer different levels of workforce and rental assistance.
