AGING AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Provides a range of services to older adults and adults with disabilities, such as adult abuse investigation, assessment, case management, administration of SNAP (food stamps), Oregon Supplemental Income Program (OSIP)/Medicaid, Medicare Savings Programs, and information and referral to other coordinated programs and services such as Oregon Project Independence Pilot and pre-admission screening for nursing homes, foster homes, health promotion programs, and residential and nursing home care for Medicaid-eligible adults with disabilities.

Offers support for primary caregivers, family members caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia, and grandparents caring for grandchildren.
