Provides patient-centered health care, including annual exams, gynecological exams, care for acute and chronic conditions, pregnancy testing, immunizations, well-child exams, sports physicals, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, mental health counseling, medication-assisted treatment, health education classes, health screenings and community wellness classes and groups. Assists with health insurance enrollment (OHP and private insurance) through the Federal Health Exchange. Prescription assistance program available for established patients.
