Provides patient-centered health care, including annual exams, gynecological exams, care for acute and chronic conditions, pregnancy testing, immunizations, well-child exams, sports physicals, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, mental health counseling, medication-assisted treatment, health education classes and health screenings. Assists with health insurance enrollment (OHP and private insurance) through the Federal Health Exchange. Prescription assistance program available for established patients.
