The Salem Housing Authority (SHA) is a federally subsidized agency that provides housing assistance for low-income individuals and families. SHA administers two Section 8 Programs (the Housing Choice Voucher Program and the Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program), as well as Public Housing units and Affordable Housing properties.
