Provides limited, one-time payment assistance for electricity, water, or natural gas. No help for phones, cable TV, garbage or other services. No help or vouchers for gasoline or propane. Assistance is dependent on available funding, and is NOT guaranteed.
Eligibility: Accepting calls for applicants whose utility service is disconnected and have already contacted utility company for payment plan.
