Provides information about tenant rights, eviction prevention, and legal assistance, referring cases requiring legal advice or representation by attorneys to Legal Aid Services of Oregon, Fair Housing Council of Oregon, and Oregon Law Center. Also, conducts outreach and tenant rights education in the community. Has culturally-specific intake and case workers located in geographically underserved areas.
