THE CLARK CENTER
The Clark Center is a 90-bed short-term, housing-focused residential program. The program provides case management, life and job skills training, and support services and provides dedicated beds to men involved in the Multnomah County community justice system. Stays are generally 4-6 months long.

Eligibility: Men age 18 and older. Abstinence from alcohol and drugs is expected of residents; random breathalyzer and urinalysis testing conducted.
Hours: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
Resource Center: 7 days per week 8am-4pm; service intakes end 15 minutes before close

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in, visit website, or call for information or to access the waitlist. Average wait can be a few months. To stay on the waitlist, people must check in once a week.
FEES: None
DOCUMENTS: Tuberculosis (TB) card required before entering shelter. Free TB testing is available at the Resource Center.
