COMMUNITY BUILDERS PROGRAM
Provides minor home and critical safety repairs for homeowners who are older adults or adults with disabilities. REACH staff, volunteers, and subcontractors complete repairs as resources are available. Services may include home assessments, smoke/fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, bathroom safety aids, minor plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs, address housing code violations and yard nuisances, and assist with referrals to other home repair programs.

Eligibility: Age 55 and older and/or adults with a permanent disability. Must own and occupy own home and earn 50% of median family income or less.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-noon and 1pm-5pm
