Provides affordable and low-income rental housing. Approval of application is based on individual income and rental history. Some properties operate by filling vacancies from a waitlist and some are available on a first come, first served basis. Properties are limited outside of Multnomah County.

    INTAKE PROCEDURE: Visit website for information on locations, waitlists, current and upcoming vacancies. Applications are self-service through each location and submitted online. Main campus is closed to visitors without appointments.
    FEES: $40 screening fee for each financially responsible adult
    DOCUMENTS: Completed application. Each individual 18 years of age and older in the household must complete a separate application.
