Provides a range of services to older adults and adults with disabilities, such as adult abuse investigation, assessment, case management, administration of SNAP (food stamps), Oregon Supplemental Income Program (OSIP)/Medicaid, Medicare Savings Programs, and information and referral to other coordinated programs and services.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: All services can be provided in person or over the phone with the local office. Pre-scheduled appointments and walk-in options. Multi-Language assistance is available. Reports of abuse or neglect can be made at the local office or by calling the State Abuse reporting line.
