CLIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Client Assistance Program (CAP) helps people who are having difficulty seeking or receiving vocational rehabilitation services from Oregon’s Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (OVRS), Independent Living (IL) centers, Oregon’s Commission for the Blind, and tribal programs.
