Provides individual, group, and family counseling; psychiatry services/medication management; advocacy; case management; substance use disorder counseling; and crisis intervention.

The Connection program provides these same services to deaf or hard of hearing individuals and their family members. Remote video conferencing, email, instant messaging, and information and referral to housing assistance, emergency food, and employment are also available.

FEES: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid), Medicare,Tricare, accepts most private insurance, and sliding scale fee payments based on income and household size
