Provides energy payment assistance programs, emergency assistance for those with energy shut-off notices, low income water assistance program, heating fuel payment assistance, water discount program, discount garbage program, and a weatherization program.

Weatherization: Low-income households under 200% of federal poverty level; permission from landlord/property owner to weatherize a rented home
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-noon and 1pm-5pm
Walk in: Thursday 10am-4pm
