Provides home-delivered meals to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities who are homebound.
Eligibility: Adults age 60 and older (55 and older for Native Americans) and homebound adults with disabilities
Hours: Call to request a meal or for more information: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

FEES: Home delivered meals are $5.00 per meal. Meals can be paid for using SNAP, credit/debit card, or check. Financial assistance programs are available, as well as meals funded by Medicaid or other government programs. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
