Brings together local resources to expand access to first-time and second-chance bank accounts for low- and moderate-income residents, especially working families. The goal is to assist unbanked and under-banked residents in achieving greater economic prosperity by connecting them to financial mainstream services. This goal includes increasing the availability of financial education and credit counseling services; providing outreach; and involving the support of financial, workforce development, social service, housing, and government agencies.
