Provides medical expense assistance programs to help with insurance co-payments and/or insurance premium costs for prescription drugs related to blood cancer treatment. Also, may Provide financial assistance for ground transportation, air travel, and lodging-related expenses.

-Must have income no higher than 500% of the Federal Poverty Level
-Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident
