MEDICAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Offers temporary financial assistance and charity care to low-income, uninsured, and under-served patients of Kaiser Permanente providers. Also provides financial counseling for outstanding Kaiser Permanente medical and pharmacy bills if patient is unemployed or without other significant income.

Eligibility: Patients of Kaiser Permanente Medical Group who have an outstanding balance with Kaiser Permanente and an annual gross household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level. Must have exhausted all other financial assistance and insurance options.
