Provides childhood immunizations and some adult immunizations, as well as tuberculosis screening. Influenza (flu) vaccines are provided to both adults and children as the vaccine becomes available each season.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information and to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins also accepted.
FEES: Accepts OHP, most private insurance, and sliding scale fees. No child will be turned away from receiving vaccinations because of inability to pay.
