ADULT TREATMENT CENTER PORTLAND
Provides family-friendly and LGBTQ-affirming withdrawal management (detox), medicated assisted treatment (MAT), medically monitored residential, residential, outpatient, peer recovery mentors, and family therapy for drug and alcohol treatment. Other services include court-mandated treatment and DUII. Residential treatment programs are gender-specific and offer integrated mental health services. Outpatient services include intensive outpatient, standard outpatient, and relapse prevention groups. Family therapy programs are offered in residential and outpatient treatment. Dual diagnosis treatment is available.

Hours: Office and outpatient hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 7:30am-noon

COVID-19 INFORMATION: Offers telehealth or in-person for outpatient services. A mask is required in buildings.
INTAKE PROCEDURE: Detox: Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington counties residents can walk in Monday-Saturday at 7:30am at the Cherry Blossom location. All other residents must call for information, screening, or to schedule an appointment.
Residential and outpatient services: Call to schedule an assessment. Appointment lasts about 2.5 hours.
