HOUSING FAMILY ADVOCACY PROGRAM
Case management services for households who are homeless or have a pending eviction. Services provided for up to 18 months. Objectives are to help families increase income, decrease dependence on public assistance, and maintain housing.

FEES: None
DOCUMENTS: Photo ID, eviction notice, income documentation within 30 days of intake from all income sources (employment, TANF, unemployment, SSI/SSDI, child support, etc.)
