Provides adult medical care including yearly exams for all adults, and immunizations such as Covid, and flu vaccines. Other services provided include behavioral health evaluations, routine health exams, colorectal and prostate cancer detection, newborn/infant screenings, pediatric care, and extensive sports physicals.

Additionally, provides care customized to the unique needs of older adults, including Medicare annual wellness visits.
