EMERALD RATE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ERAP)
Provides a total of $300, spread out at $75 per month for four months. The program starts typically in March of each year. The program is funded by Emerald PUD and administered by the Lane County Human Services Commission. The waitlist typically opens in January of each year. Waitlist will close once funding has been exhausted.

-Individuals with a permanent disability
-Age 60 or older or households with children 17 or younger
-Current customer with Emerald People's Utility District
