Provides a 12-week training program for the food and hospitality industry. Gives each participant hands-on training to prepare them for entry level jobs and beyond.

Eligibility: The program is open to those facing housing insecurity and those with barriers to employment. Accepts all applications and offers interviews to almost everyone who applies, but is only able to offer spots in cohorts for those ready and able to work, specifically those who have an interest in and aptitude for work in the culinary, food service, and hospitality industries.

Program requirements:
-18 years of age or older with a focus on those with housing insecurity and barriers to employment
- Must be ready and able to work and have interest in and aptitude for work in the culinary, food service, and hospitality industries
-Must be currently housed (such as shelter, transitional housing, etc.)
-Basic reading and writing comprehension in English
-Must not have a registered sex offense
