COVID-19 INFORMATION: Due to COVID-19 hours will be every other Friday, May 15, 1-3pm, May 29, 1-3pm, June 12, 1-3pm, June 19, 1-3pm and will continue every other Friday until further notice.

DOCUMENTS: Proof of address such as a utility bill or rent receipt required at first visit.
Multiple adults at one residence must each show proof of address.
People experiencing homelessness do not need to provide proof of address.
