Provides virtual and in person English as a second language (ESL) courses for limited English proficient (LEP) persons. Also offers volunteering opportunities to adults who are interested in teaching English.
Eligibility: Age 18 and older
Hours: Rockwood Library: Mondays 2pm-3:30pm
Holgate Library: Tuesdays 6pm-7:30pm
Midland Library: Wednesdays 6pm-7:30pm
Gresham Library: Thursdays 4pm-5:30pm
