Provides assistance with rent and utilities. Clients are able to receive assistance once in a 12 month period. Amount of assistance varies with available funds, but is not to exceed $100. The landlord or utility company must be able to ensure the client will be able to remain in housing or continue utility service during the period that the agency is assisting with.
Bills do need to be in client's name.
