MULTNOMAH COUNTY - 72HR/10 DAY/30 DAY NOTICE EVICTION PREVENTION PROGRAM
Provides eviction prevention assistance to prevent households from eviction. Assistance may be available for the current month's rent due if an eviction notice has been issued.

Assistance and assistance amount is not guaranteed, is on a case-by-case basis, and based on funding availability. Payments will be made directly to landlords on behalf of tenants.

There may be a waitlist and assistance is not same day or immediate. Partnering agencies work to assist households as fast as possible.

Eligibility: To qualify, applicants must meet the following:
-The household has a 72 hour/10 day/30 day PAY-BY EVICTION NOTICE for non-payment of rent (not a court dated notice)
-Reside in Multnomah County
-US Citizenship is not required
-One time assistance per household from July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024
