-At least 62 years of age
-The household winter water consumption from December-March does not exceed an average of 6 units per month

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in, call, or visit website to fill out an application. Applicants who are renewing their eligibility will be required to provide updated financial documentation and signed affidavit by October 31 at 5pm to be eligible for the discount in the following year beginning January 1.
