Eligibility:
Eligibility varies by state. A person may qualify if they are
enrolled in any of the following programs: Supplemental Nutrition
Assistance Program (SNAP), Social Security Income (SSI), Social
Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Temporary Assistance for
Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid, free/reduced lunch program,
Veterans or Survivors Pension Benefit, Section 8, etc. Households
with income no higher than 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
may also qualify.
