Offers unlimited text messages and limited voice minutes and data for eligible customers. Limit of one Lifeline discounted service per household. Service is provided by Boomerang Wireless. Customers can call 211 for free from their EnTouch Wireless phone without using their minutes. Customers can supply their own cell phone or purchase a discounted cell phone.

Eligibility: Eligibility varies by state. You may qualify if you are enrolled in any of the following programs: SNAP/food stamps, Social Security/Social Security Disability (SSI/SSDI), TANF, Medicaid, free/reduced lunch program, Veterans Pension benefits or Survivors Pension benefits, Section 8, etc. Households with income no higher than 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines may also qualify.
