COORDINATED CARE ORGANIZATIONS (CCO)
A Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) is a local Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or (Medicaid) plan that helps OHP members use their benefits. CCOs are made up of all types of healthcare providers in a community. They work together to care for OHP members in an area or region of the state. If your caller has OHP, remember to suggest contacting their CCO to find out which providers or services are covered under their plan.
