NOURISHING OREGON'S FOSTER CHILDREN
The curriculum provides parents with skills and techniques to address mealtime challenges common among foster children. These challenges may include food preoccupation, extreme picky eating, and food hoarding, as well as interruptions in growth and weight related to nutrition (overweight, underweight, failure to thrive) that result from childhood trauma experiences.
