Ticket Home is a family reunification program that funds one-time transportation assistance for homeless individuals and families in Multnomah County to a safe and stable housing destination outside of Multnomah County.
Eligibility: Homeless individuals and families in Multnomah County with safe and stable housing outside of Multnomah County who have not previously used this program. Assistance is not provided for transportation to the individuals/families own home.

Applicants must be invited to their destination housing by friends or family. This will be verified via mail with housing host required to return housing document sent to identified address.
Hours: Pre-Screening: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm; service intakes end 15 minutes before close
Appointments: Monday/Wednesday/Fridays 9am-2pm.
Clients with a scheduled appointment during that time can check in at Doreen's Place (655 NW Hoyt Street, Portland, OR 97209) on the south side of the building.

Must be able to provide contact information, including full name, mailing address, and phone number of safe/stable housing destination during the pre-screening.
