NATURAL CHILDBIRTH AND BREASTFEEDING CLASS
Join the Rogue Midwives for a 4-hour Natural Childbirth and Breastfeeding Intensive. Class includes the "birth dance" that moms and babies both do during childbirth; comfort measures for you and your partner to practice; discussion of individual love languages; partner's dealing with stress and anxiety in the birth space; how to avoid unmet expectations around your birth; and surviving the postpartum period. Breastfeeding education is also included in the intensive to help prepare you for your best start.

Everyone is encouraged to bring a dish to share and there is a break to allow socializing and snacking.
