The Housing Solutions Center (operated by Council for the Homeless) provides information and screening for the WHO (Winter Hospitality Overflow) and seasonal severe weather shelters.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information. Placement is based on availability of beds. Those who are not able to be placed will be added to the shelter waitlist and referred at the next immediate opening.
