COMPASS HOUSE
Provides adults experiencing mental health issues with support services to improve their well-being and promote inclusion in the community. Provides members with advocacy, assistance navigating public services, and help obtaining employment. Members are invited to help run the house by engaging in the work-ordered day along with staff and have the opportunity to learn skills based on their strengths and needs. Offers education assistance through tutoring and navigating educational resources in the community. Clubhouse Model of Rehabilitation utilized. Membership is voluntary and without time limits.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in for a tour; no appointment needed. Referral forms are available at Compass House, most therapist or case manager locations. Call if unable to pick up the form in person or through another agency to have one emailed or faxed.
