Programs include outpatient mental health services, chemical dependency treatment, and substance use disorder counseling. Treatment incorporates individual, group and family counseling. Additional assistance includes DUII services, adolescent services, corrections services, smoking cessation, and primary medical care.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in, call, or visit website for more information. Medical assessment to be completed at program intake.
FEES: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Willamette Valley Community Health (WVCH) and DMAP for all services, as well as private pay. Some indigent funds for Marion County residents only.
