FREE PRIMARY AND ACUTE MEDICAL CARE
Medical clinic provides basic health care services, diabetic counseling, physical therapy, limited psychiatric care, referrals to specialists, lab and radiology exams, and prescription medication.

Dental clinic provides preventative and hygiene education, examinations, fillings, and extractions, coordinated with the Linn-Benton Community College Dental program.

Eligibility: Low-income, uninsured adults age 18 and older
Hours: Medical Clinics:
-Tuesday 5pm-7:30pm, lineup begins no earlier than 4:30pm. If spots allow, last patient can sign in no later than 6pm. Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis.
-First and third Wednesday of the month 5:30pm-9pm, lineup begins no earlier than 4:30pm. If spots allow, last patient can sign in no later than 6pm. Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis.
