OREGON SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST
A supplementary special needs pooled trust fund allowing individuals with disabilities the opportunity to retain funds while remaining eligible for Social Security benefits, Medicaid, and other government services requiring limited assets. Individuals receiving back payments, inheritances, or who are consistently over income will benefit from a sub-trust account with the pooled trust fund. Families planning for the future of their loved ones are able to set up a sub-trust account for their family member without compromising their eligibility.
