Saint Alphonsus provides general medical care, intensive care, rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, laboratory services, radiology, obstetrics, surgery, post-anesthesia recovery, wellness and community education, and 24 hour emergency care. Also provides a Care Center for long-term care, respite care and short-term stays.

Community events include an annual Blood Draw and Health Fair, the free breast cancer screening clinic followed by reduced rate screening mammograms, junior high and high school sports physicals, and flu vaccine clinics.
