ADULT PROGRAM SERVICES: CLUB IMPACT
Provides information/referral assistance for adults and families with intellectual & developmental disabilities. Assistance with life management skills, arranging and managing community services, receiving financial entitlement programs based on disability, and managing individual income and budget. Provides assistance and referral to meet residential/housing needs, vocational needs, health and mental health needs, socialization and self-advocacy needs, legal referral, and general counseling: weekly social activities and health and wellness programming.
